You are making false commitments to the customers. To do AMC of my OSMOR water purifier you send an engineer and it was not done. They opened the purifier and went after making a promise to come tomorrow in the morning. Even the Water purifier was not installed again and it was lying opened. Even after 5 days you have made false promises to do it today but all in vein. Everyday your promise is to do the job today. Tarsame Lal, Chandigarh.
