1. The UDF/ADF charges you and your people from jalandhar (calling again and again from 0181-5081315 and 9876811127 is not liable to any passanger / us as already taken in ticket and package and just demanding out of turn to gain profit. ur staff is saying/posing themselves senior staff of Indigo Airlines and Speed World Travels.
2. We(12 pax taken package through Dream Travels , Panchkula/Chandigarh which was arranged by you through D’Pauls) , reached Bangkok airport on 3rd February, 2012 and met a representative of D’paul’s group after 2 hours of struggle as our names signs were no where , but , someone we manage a contact with him and he waited us for another 2 hours as D’paul arranged bus for 30-40 pax and collecting people from different flights. After wasted for 4-5 hours and 100 requests , they arranged a 10 seater van and insisted us to sit along with luggage in that mini van and clearly told that transfer will be made only this way.
3. After 2 hours journey , van took us to Mr. Bobby ( asia continent travel and tours) – your business partner over there, where he told us the itinerary and engaged his employee Mr. Aman with us.
4. Mr. Aman arranged lunch for us and taken 300 bath (appox. 475 each) And 400 bath extra from us for transportation (as not discussed and taken by threat that they will leave us at restaurant only instead of hotel)
5. Mr. Aman arranges 5 calling cards for us to call us to India and taken 160 bath each and only one card works and rest four scrap and of no use. When we informed Mr. Aman about this , he told to take show tickets first on his rates to adjust that non-working calling card / sim amount.
6. Next day , he arranged a van for us with commitment that 5 pax will go on 3rd and 7 pax will go on 4th , but he never turned back for 7 person for next two days.
7. City tour arranged for us never given/offered to us and took 500 bath from our 5 new (first time travelers) members for Zoo tour.
8. For pattaya-bangkok transfer , we have made 50 calls to arrange taxi and Mr. Aman send 8 seater van and told us to adjust and when we resist he arranged one van and one taxi for transfer.
9. Again for airport transfer , nobody care and again we made more than 50 calls to arrange anything and again they send 10 seater van for 12 pax with lots of luggage.
10. A mentioned , a visit to Gem’s gallery , was no where in the tour and nobody arranged or taken us to that place and Mr. Aman told us to take pattaya show tickets first(just for his commission) to get everything as per itinerary.
11. In all your earlier itineraries (before 31st jan’2012) you have clearly mentioned Coral Island with lunch , so how it was washed out at last moment when we have fixed rates of package.
Tell us the reason for harassment and compulsion of Tours.Kindly return us 400 bath taken at restaurant and 750 bath for sim / calling cards i.e. a total of 1150 bath = appox. Rs. 1900/- and adjust city tour (as per itinerary) and transfers (12 pax always on 8 seater with luggage , which is not tore able in any case).

We have taken tour from you with belief and faith but you have did very wrong by arranging tour from some culprit travel agency who wasted our money and ruined our enjoyment/holidays and left us with bad reputation of us in front of our friends and dealers.

We , sincerely advised you not to take tours from the same firm as they will also ruined your reputation.
