I am a guarantor of Buffallow loan of Bank.Both Loan taker and Loan giver(Bank)has become dis-hones/mixed themselves.Now Bank has filed a case against me in the court.Loan taker is alive.He has Wakf Board houe.His son gets a job in refinary.
Is any safety of the guaranter/myselves?
