I contacted the Customer Care executive to lodge complaint that the staff is misbehaving and harassing the customer as I am requesting the branch officials to let me know the my account information.. they said its lunch time the office clocks are not according to the zone they set according to her times and comfort . They behaviour with me and my mother… the words use get out and abuse languages they used..
